Winter Formal 2024 Information

Winter Formal is Saturday, February 3, 2024

Tickets are $30 and on sale now at the ASB window during lunches. We accept cash, check, credit/debit, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

If you plan on bringing a non-PHS student to Winter Formal, you must get a guest pass approved by administration. Guest Passes are available as of January 11, 2024 at the ASB window or Room 204.

Birthday Shout Outs

Want to give a friend or loved one a shout out or gift for their birthday? Click on the link below to fill out the PHS Birthday Shout Out/Gifts form. Once you have filled out the form, print out your order and take it to the ASB window for payment. Please make sure to order and make payment at least ONE WEEK before the birthday to allow ample time to have their gift ready.
